If you’ve tried disabling the Junk e-mail filter in Outlook and it’s not working, here’s a tip.
Go into your Outlook Account settings and, one by one, set each account in your account list as the default. Then go to the Outlook Junk E-mail Options and set it to “No automatic filtering” for each Account.
When you have been through each account, change the default back to the original account you had chosen.
